Our Equipment
Riverstone Machining is your single source for technical contract manufacturing of precision machined components. We specialize in diversified high performance metal substrates with complex geometries and the ability to consistently maintain dimensional tolerances to ±.0001”. Between our in-house services and relationships with trusted subcontractors, Riverstone Machining can truly be your one stop shop for finished machined products.
Our shop features two of Okuma’s largest machining centers which allow Riverstone to easily accommodate your biggest parts other shops simply can’t touch. Both machines boast an impressive 40 hp which reduce finish milling.
Optimize Efficiency & Precision In Complex Capability
Our most recent addition is the Nishijimax NHC110 NC CNC Cutting Machine which can cut material flat within an industry leading .002” and overall length tolerance ±.005".
The MCR-BIII Double Column boasts an unmatched table size of 79” x 149” with a max load of 48,500 lbs. Its ability to travel X 157.48", Y 100", Z 31.496", W 39.37" combined with the 50 magazine automatic tool changer will make quick work of large, intricate parts while maintaining the tightest tolerances.
The MCR-BIII Double Column boasts an unmatched table size of 79” x 149” with a max load of 48,500 lbs. Its ability to travel X 157.48", Y 100", Z 31.496", W 39.37" combined with the 50 magazine automatic tool changer will make quick work of large, intricate parts while maintaining the tightest tolerances.
The MB10000H Horizontal Machining Center has an impressive travel of X 55.12”, Y 49.21”, Z 49.21” and table size of 39.4”x 39.4”, with its automated pallet changer and built in 187 tool station wine rack, Riverstone can efficiently produce the parts you need when you need them.
